After the Elder Cook fireside we went to cafe rio (they just opened one in Cedar :) !!) then down to St George. We wanted to go caving but there were problems at the caves so we covered ourselves in glowsticks and hiked up Dixie rock. It was a blast!
We got back like at 2 in the morning and I called Matt. He had to get nose surgery on Friday and I was so sad I couldnt go up since I had a so many things to go to and do this weekend so I decided after we talked on the phone that I miss him and had to see him. So its 3am and I drove to provo. about 2 hours into the drive my gas light came on so at the next exit I pulled off and into the gas station. I look in my purse and wallet to get my debit card and much to my surprise I had left it in the pair of jeans I was wearing earlier and it was back in cedar. it was 5 AM, noone knew I was coming and I still had a ways to go. I found $4 cash in my wallet and rounded up $2 in coins in my car- luckily I made it to Provo! I slept in the car for an hour then sent matt a text saying knock, knock (little did he know I was at the front door) and luckily it was unlocked so I just let myself in and then Matt calls me on my cell phone and I burst in his bedroom door. It was so exciting. He was really surprised and I'm so glad I went up. It was the best Sunday just hanging out and went to his church. His surgery went well and I made get well soon signs and made him chicken and rice for dinner.
I decided I have the cutest nephews in the world! We went over to Jessica and Scott's to visit and just talked and played. That was fun Jess. Jackson took the picture above- he's good! They are getting big and are so cute!
