Beefy Potato Salad with Green beans:
1 lb beef top sirloin, cut 3/4-1 in thick
1/2 cup vinaigrette dressing w/parmesan cheese
2 TB veg oil
3 cups frozen green beans
potato wedges
1. cut steak in strips, combine 1/4 c dressing, marinate 2 hours
2. Heat 1 tb oil in skillet med heat add beans- stir fry 5 min, add potatoes stir fry 4-6 min. Remove. keep warm.
3. Stir fry 1/2 meat add veggies. Repeat.
4. Add 1/4 c dressing, toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Serve!

I made lasagna for our bid day party and felt like a little house wife.
Sunday I made German Pancakes and bacon for brunch after church then we baked choc chip cookies. Last week I also made chicken in a blanket for me and Kady. (pillsbury crescent rolls, canned chicken, cheese or cream cheese, cook in oven for like 10 min= delicious) And I made a chicken wrap for lunch one day......im going to be such a chef one day haha.

Shar! You and Matt are just too cute. That recipe sounds delish! I think a miracle of cooking is coming for me too. The other day I made this stir fry stuff and I actually didn't mess it up. Let's do something sometime! Love you!
What's up girl? Looks like you and your man are getting along well. Good job to both of you--you for making a good decision, and him for not being too weird. Way to go on the cooking and stuff. Keep up the good work. Laura has totally gotten into that since she has been home more. Makes for some great meals to come home to (Maybe Matt can plan on this in the future, wink wink).
